As our Sr Marketing Database Analyst you will recommend, develop, and execute customer segmentation and selection procedures utilizing Unica Affinium - Campaign Management tool or similar Campaign Management tool. Additionally, you will expand upon current knowledge of campaign segmentation through improved technologies and process flows resulting in time/cost savings and more profitable customer segmentations for catalog mailings and email campaigns. Communicate key findings within team and to customers; anticipate and solicit feedback on changes. Best of all, you will work proactively with marketing database analysts, circulation and ecommerce teams (housefile, acquisition, new initiatives and email) to improve process and workflow procedures that optimizes productivity and enhances marketing results.
