  • Strong knowledge and working experience with data manipulation tools such SAS, SQL, Business Objects / Set Analyzer, or another tools to query large databases and manipulate large data files.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize and work in a highly fluent and fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate time lines, delivery dates, and resolve conflict between partners
  • Specific knowledge of Unica’s Campaign Management tools is highly desirable - but not required. The desire and ability to learn and adapt Unica, as a tool of choice, is required
  • A four-year degree, or its equivalent, in business information systems, computer science, mathematical/statistical disciplines, engineering, or another technical degree. A graduate degree in Business with a technical undergraduate degree is desirable, but not required.
