Quantitative Researcher - iProspect (San Francisco, CA)

We currently have one immediate opening for a Quantitative Researcher. This candidate is responsible for researching, analyzing, and reporting on data generated through iProspect’s SEO and SEM services offerings. Experience applying and interpreting statistical inference methodologies, decision trees, and other traditional statistical tests and data mining techniques to large datasets is a must. Experience with large databases such as SQL Server or Oracle is a must. The candidate will provide on-going analytic support to the iProspect SEO and SEM Operations groups. Conference calls with clients to discuss reports and analysis methodologies is a required part of the job, and necessitates excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualified candidates will have a MS in Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics with a demonstrable knowledge of data mining and statistical methodologies.

The candidate must have the ability to handle multiple projects or assignments simultaneously and strong communication, logical problem solving skills, and technical writing skills. A self motivated team player is rounds out the ideal candidate.

We are seeking a Project Manager, Reporting and Analytics for our Health Services Department.

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the reporting requirements for external and internal customers. Review existing reports, existing metrics, and report delivery processes and make recommendations for changes to improve quality of effectiveness and efficiency. Work closely with internal business owners and account managers to assess report requirements and timelines and work closely with the analytics team to implement, conduct quality review, and distribute the reporting deliverable.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information management, data analytics related education or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the data analytics discipline and at least 3 years project management experience. Experience in health care or other provider services industry preferred.
  • Experience working in a QA capacity in an organization with a high volume of reports and key performance metrics. Auditing experience a plus.
  • Previous experience in establishing a reporting QA program by structuring a process including, establishing testing methodologies, measuring quality through metrics and managing the Quality Assurance function.
  • Project management certification (PMP through PMI) highly desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office with intermediate experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with project management software helpful.

CI Director, CRM Operations Analyst/Healthcare - Draftfcb (Chicago, IL)

High level scope of work responsibilities:

Experience

Summary:

He/she must also be a business development professional, with proven results at building analytical business within clients both large and small.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leads team of professionals by delivering corporate analytical vision and empowering teams to manage analytic projects flawlessly, from inception to delivery
  • Integrate analytical concepts across all aspects of company, including direct marketing services & product development.
  • Maintain and grow large analytics projects in Fortune 500 companies
  • Articulate vision for next generation of Analytical concepts and how they will apply in the marketplace
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding analytical methods and how they apply to a vast array of client problems, across industries.
  • Co-author large RFP’s for various clients and prospects, with a focus on integrating Analytics into all aspects of Direct Marketing

Requirements for position:

Education: BA, BS required; MS, MBA or PHD preferred. Preferred disciplines of study include Economics/Econometrics, Statistics, Marketing, Operations Research, Computer Science, Decision Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or Mathematics.

Practical Work Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in a leadership or senior management position in one or more of the following work areas:

  • Marketing & Marketing Analysis
  • Financial Analysis
  • Statistical Model Development
  • Data Mining
  • CRM/Database Marketing/Analytics
  • Software/Technology/Product development

Related Knowledge Base:
  • Understanding of classical statistical techniques
  • Solid project management experience
  • Familiarity with statistical programming software packages (especially SAS)
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Ability to interpret analytic results and communicate to C-level executives
  • Strong verbal, presentation and writing skills
