Donor Care Workforce Analyst (Memphis, TN)

DONOR CARE WORKFORCE ANALYST

Responsible for analysis and review of all Donor Care workforce needs, including but not limited to forecasting trends, staffing levels and skill sets needed to meet service level goals. Analyzes processes, trends, historical data and recommends and/or implements change as needed. Works with the Donor Care management team to ensure optimum staff utilization and use of resources at all times. Acts as liaison between Donor Care departments and ALSAC marketing departments to ensure adequate staff levels are maintained to support new projects. Monitors division’s Enterprise Wide Objectives and works with Strategic Planning office to ensure deadlines and compliancy are met.

Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years experience in workforce planning required. Must possess thorough knowledge of workforce planning best practices and proficiency in the use of workforce planning tools such as IEX, Blue Pumpkin, Aspect eWorkforce or other form of workforce planning software. Requires proven ability to analyze data, evaluate potential problems/opportunities and recommend sound solutions; understand difficult verbal or written instructions; strong technical skills and understanding of data entry and call center/customer service environments. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills; networking skills; strong attention to detail; ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment; ability to assume a leadership role and make strong recommendations for change. General understanding of Team Approach or similar database is preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license.
