SR. QUANTITATIVE ANALYST
The Sr. Quantitative Analyst independently develops reporting and analytical tools to support the company’s current and future business. Works with requesting departments to understand business issues and develop appropriate management solutions. Assists staff by performing basic workflow analysis and understanding departmental reporting and analytical needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in business, economics, statistics or related field. Three to six years experience in a comparable position in the healthcare industry. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Should be able to prepare SQL queries of moderate difficulty. Should have exposure to a major analytical package such as SPSS, Stata or SAS. Must be able to analyze, organize and present data in a manner which can be used by an operating department or management staff to effect change. Proven written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, problem solving and demonstrated willingness to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
