Responsibilities:
- Design and execute quantitative analyses related to customer acquisition and retention
- Use statistical software packages for data manipulation reporting and analyses
- Assist in developing scoring engines on business unit computer systems to implement statistical models
- Be an in-house expert on various databases
- Create and execute protocols for data quality assurance in statistical analyses
- Support a variety of empirical analysis projects, including survey research hypothesis testing and ad hoc research projects
- Support development of fact-base marketing strategies
- Advise data quality processes in business unit IT departments
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Five to seven years' professional experience in data handling, manipulation and analyses
- Masters' degree in Stat/Math, Social Science, Marketing, or related fields
- Prior database marketing experience desirable
- Consulting is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Excellent and broad quantitative skills
- Excellent SAS (Base/StatlMacro) programming skills
- Proficient with relational database structures and SQL queries
- High-level programming experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
