Donor Experience Management analyst


In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of analysis and research to support the Donor Experience Management program. This will encompass the analysis of donor feedback, gift behavior data, complaint data, quality monitoring system and event and behavior based analysis in order to provide qualitative and quantitative insight. Working with cross-functional teams to diagnose, design and implement donor centric business solutions as well as serving as a pivotal part of a dynamic, data driven, focused team building and delivering a differentiated and desired donation experience will also be involved.

Requirements:

Selected candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline with a strong quantitative background as well as 5+ years marketing research or predictive analytic and data mining experience. Master's or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline preferred. Knowledge of advanced statistical methods (regression, factor analysis, neural networks, genetic algorithms); proven ability to build statistical models using Affinium Model/Model One (or similar modeling software); familiarity with data mining concepts as CRISP-DM; and demonstrated capabilities in organizing, translating and presenting complex quantitative information to all levels of management required. Technical skills such as SPSS and SAS; demonstrated communication and problem solving skills; PC proficiency with MS Office; and expertise using relational databases and data warehouses a must. Oracle or SQL experience preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license.
