We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with SAS programming and statistical skills to join our growing team as Marketing Analytics Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Marketing data mart design and development
• Fulfillment of segmentation and predictive modeling projects
• Direct marketing test design and response analysis
• Running periodic and ad hoc reports
• Client consultation on data strategy and direct marketing best practices
• Participating in various team and client meetings related to data and analytics
• Participating in various resource planning and project costing activities as required

Experience Required:

• 2+ years experience required in database marketing field
• Proficiency in SAS a must.
• Solid understanding of the marketing applications for multivariate statistical methods.
• Proficiency in relational database environment such as MS Access, SQL Server, and Oracle a plus.
• Detail-oriented team player who can interface effectively with client and vendor techies, and have a strong appreciation for data integrity and confidentiality
• Bachelor degree required
