Mgr/Sr. Mgr Risk Management Req#90221BR Location: Phoenix, AZ
The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing, predicting and preventing fraud on card acquisitions. This includes in-depth analysis of current fraud trends, completing "root-cause" analysis, building statistical models to detect fraud, building/tracking key metrics, and designing/implementing fraud risk mitigating strategies, initiatives and projects. The incumbent will also collaborate with Fraud Operations, Credit Risk, Security, Establishment Services, Technologies and other teams.
Requirements
The incumbent must possess excellent analytical, relationship and project management skills and strong strategic thinking, and be able to work proactively and independently to drive results. The ability to influence others, be creative and manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment is essential. A willingness to take calculated risks to achieve goals is also necessary. SAS or SQL experience is highly desired. Masters or Ph.D degree in Statistics, Economics, or related fields required.
