Associate Manager/Manager, Client Service


The Associate Manager/Manager role is part of BASES Client Consulting organization, which is the division from which our senior executives typically rise. The Manager is ultimately responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with their clients. These individuals usually manage a small work team of analysts, consult with clients, and oversee the design, analysis, and sales forecasting projects of his or her work team.

While 3+ years of related experience is a prerequisite, BASES provides extensive training to give managers the subject matter expertise to function effectively in our business. This includes training regarding sales forecasting, designing and analyzing market research, and delivering high impact consultative presentations to our clients.


Job Requirements: 3+ years of experience preferably in marketing, market research, or an analytically-based field (e.g., engineering). Excellent analytical and communication skills. Enjoy working with quantitative information. Must be detail and client service oriented. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Previous managerial experience desired. Exact starting position will be based on skills and previous relevant experience.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors Degree: Any major welcome; 3.0 minimum GPA. Training Provided
