Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Manage Commercial requirement for improvement to company reservation & booking system.
- Work with multiple departments to determine departmental needs & prioritize per company strategy.
- Review current situation and potential solution and impact on Business Units.
- Validate request with each business unit.
- Coordinate the Expansion requests with various Business Units.
- Manage Prioritization within the Commercial Team & Finance/Acctg.
- Review & validate Specifications with IT and various Business Units
- Oversee & coordinate implementation with IT.
- Product Data Quality Testing and Validation.
- Write and validate UAT test plans.
- Log all defects - system and data.
- Coordinate with IT on Test plans.
- Write Expansion Project Business Brief, Business Case and Project Brief and validate with Business Units.
Requirements/Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Project Management skills required
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point required.
- Ability to quickly learn new in-house booking tool.
- Excellent communication / organization skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize projects and activities.
- Able to take initiative, work independently yet regularly follow internal and external lines of communication.
- French language a plus.
