Data mining project / Bayesian network (Telecommute, US)

I am looking for someone with experience grouping large amounts of data mined data for insertion into a Bayesian network. This job will consist of organizing a data base framework and directing programmers where to insert the data into the framework. The data will be organized per instructions from the Bayesian architect. The programmers will be data mining from an extremely large information pool and will need to be told where it should be placed when it is parsed.

This is not a full time job and could be completed in someone’s spare time. I personally am not experienced at all in this area. This is the reason for the job posting. I do not have an idea what this type of job would be worth so I will be accepting bids or quotes for someone’s spare time weekly. If someone wishes to take this job on as full time then that would welcomed.
