- Analysis and interpretation of agency clients’ online and offline data to support business decision-making
Specific Responsibilities:
- On-going Scorecard Management
- Develop and maintain clients’ digital scorecard, including traffic from SEO, SEM, On-line Advertising and e-mail
- Integrate online KPIs (key performance indicators) with offline campaign results, including direct mail and DRTV
- Support Advanced Analytic Projects
- Design research methodology and/or analytic framework
- Select appropriate tools and techniques
- Lead data sourcing and preparation
- Conduct analysis with conclusions and recommendations
Technical Skills:
- Quantitative background (degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics)
- Experience as data analyst or equivalent
- Knowledge of web analytics
- Experience with analytic tools such as WebTrends, WebSiteStory, Atlas, DART, and Omniture
- Experience with 3rd party on-line research providers such as AdGooroo, MediaMetrics, Hitwise, comScore, and eMarketer
- Knowledge of SAS and/or SPSS
- Experience with analytical procedures such as ANOVA, CHAID, cluster analysis, factor analysis, multivariate regression analysis
- Experience with Database software a plus (Access, SQL Server, or Oracle)
Behavioral Skills:
- Solid understanding of direct marketing principles
- Understanding of online marketing
- Solid presentation and writing skills
