Like many in your profession, you have the technical aptitude to pull insightful information from large quantities of data. However, what sets you apart from the crowd is your ability to present those insights in concise and compelling presentations that inspire business leaders to action. The insights you uncover and the presentations you develop will have a significant impact on the multi-billion dollar deposit portfolio of the number one bank serving small businesses. In addition, you'll gain broad exposure to diverse areas across Wells Fargo and your success in this highly visible role will position you well for growth opportunities within Small Business Cash Management (SBCM) and throughout the corporation.
You will conduct complex portfolio analyses on small business deposit balance and customer trends, using a hypothesis-driven approach to focus multiple analyses, pulling key "aha!" points from the data and making the findings actionable to ensure we take advantage of those points. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have at least eight years of relevant experience in roles combining deep analytical expertise, strong presentation skills, and strategic business savvy, such as in management consulting or business analytics. You'll also need advanced MS Excel skills, including extensive modeling experience and VBA.
You'll join a dynamic, high performance team in SBCM driving double digit revenue and profit growth in the small business sector at Wells Fargo. We focus on customer value, team experience, and the bottom line.
