Vice President, Analytics - Vistaprint (Lexington, MA)

Our Analytics team serves as an integral component of the company's continued success and growth by identifying new opportunities for our business and actively managing our current product and service offerings.

 

As a key leader within VistaPrint's North American Marketing organization, the Vice President, Analytics will be responsible for leading and growing a world-class marketing analytics team that serves as the focal point to optimize VistaPrint's CRM initiatives in North America. VistaPrint is looking for an expert who can apply best practices in customer, product business and on-line channel analysis to inform our marketing strategies.

 

The VP of Analytics will be responsible for guiding a team of customer and website business analysts and analyst managers, who will leverage the latest tools (SAS, Visual Sciences) and techniques (split-run testing, market research, statistical modeling, etc.) to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Ultimately, the objective is to become a world leader at uniting superior analytics with database/direct marketing campaigns to drive strategic insights and optimize customer lifecycle management for our millions of customers.

 

Key responsibilities include the following areas:
- Act as key leader in the Marketing organization by providing strategic insights and recommendations that contribute to the overall achievement of VistaPrint?s business and financial objectives
- Partner with marketing to provide analytic thought leadership in an effort to establish the vision, direction, growth platforms, and context for the success of the North America Business Unit.
- Work alongside marketing team leaders to drive and improve our customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Attract, develop and motivate a team of exceptional analysts. Managers, and leaders
- Understand, enhance and improve the analytical tools and techniques being leveraged by VistaPrint's US analytics teams to support marketing activities
- Lead the evolution of new analysis tools and techniques to optimize VistaPrint's ability to translate data into actionable business intelligence
- Position is located in Lexington, MA is expected to require minimal travel <10%
