REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior client staff and offsite / onsite analysts through all stages of project execution
  • Take a leading role in identifying opportunities for business process improvement, allocating resources, structuring work plans, creating hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, developing deliverables, forming conclusions, and engaging with the client at the senior most level to achieve 100% client satisfaction, client retention, and business expansion
  • Participate in corporate development initiatives including recruiting, business development, and internal excellence initiatives

Professional Experience:
  • Should have held Mid-to-Senior Level positions in a Management Consulting and/or equivalent role within industry
  • Significant experience leading and implementing business/strategy consulting and analytics delivery projects, from assessment, requirements gathering, project planning through delivery. Should be able to manage to strict timelines and superior quality levels
  • Strong understanding of customer and marketing business processes
  • Needs to have strong understanding of statistical modeling and its application to solving business problems
  • Hands-on experience with statistical tools such as SAS, SPSS is desirable
  • Ability to manage clients, interact with senior management and manage onshore/offshore engagements
  • Willingness to travel 80%+ of the time

Educational Background:
  • MBA preferably and/or Master’s in Mathematics/Statistics
  • College degree in marketing analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, engineering or related field
