In many ways this is an analytics professional's dream job. You will:

• Join the recently launched supercharged Interactive Division of the nation's 12th largest media company and play a key role as that division leads major transformation across Freedom Communications, Inc.
• Start with a blank slate and build our analytics program from the ground up, dividing your time between crafting a vision and hands-on number crunching.
• Lead analysis in all areas of operations (product/P&L, web, business process, and marketing) across the corporation.
• Contribute to the growth of the division and the company, putting you in a position to take advantage of the "upward draft" of opportunity that growth creates.

You've probably already figured out the challenges that accompany these opportunities, such as managing change across a 75-year-old organization and starting with basic tools and adding resources as we grow. Still, if you're the kind of person we're looking for, these challenges are part of the attraction. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have significant experience in analysis in Internet companies, including proven success with business/P&L and web analytics. Business process and market analytics are a strong plus. We're looking for an analytics heavy hitter with a demonstrated ability to act as a consultant to business decision makers, including strong influencing skills.
