Senior Scientist (New York, NY)

Our client is a privately held global telephony/information services provider. We are looking for a Senior Scientist for their data mining and analytics group. The focus of this role will be to develop, direct and support the build out of new business models focused on emerging web technologies associated with very large databases.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep experience dealing with huge datasets and finding hidden value within. We are looking for a creative innovator who has a proficiency in data mining, modeling and analytics and has dealt with the back-end architecture of very large consumer web sites or relative enterprise. We need a team player who has the leadership skills to direct a global team who is not averse to having a hands-on role in the architecture and development of new technologies.
