Description

Responsible for leading and participating in researching, designing, developing, and analyzing platforms and programs for problem resolution, increased productivity, and develop new data mining algorithms; extract system information through various data extraction methodologies; develop and coordinate interfaces between platforms and software; provide assistance and guidance to co-workers on best approaches, practices, and lessons learned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in, MIS, computer science, business administration or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
-Minimum four years increasingly responsible programming experience using a standard coding language and/or platform required.
-Minimum three years experience in healthcare or insurance information technology (e.g., programming, database administration, etc.) preferred.
-Minimum one year lead or supervisory experience preferred
-Intermediate knowledge of various platforms and software (e.g., AS400, SAS, SPSS, SQL, etc.) required
