The leader of Draftfcb's Digital Intelligence practice will be responsible for developing the agency's expertise, leadership and client deliverables in customer intelligence across all digital channels, and for integrating them into Draftfcb's broader positioning as the leading global integrated marketing services agency.
High level scope of work responsibilities:
- Draftfcb currently has a broad set of capabilities in web analytics, search analysis, and social media analysis, and we are the industry leader in integrating broader customer intelligence into client strategies and advertising.
- The leader of our Digital Intelligence practice will report into the Director of Customer Intelligence, and will transform the digital analytics capabilities into a core feature of our broader customer intelligence, insights, and strategy offering, and a core part of the agency's client delivery process:
- Using digital intelligence to measure customer-brand relationship for specific brands and customer groups.
- This person will also serve as a senior leader of the broader Customer Intelligence group, and will be responsible for integrating digital intelligence with other CI capabilities.
Key skills
- A hybrid left-brain, right-brain thinker, with experience in data analytics or research, but also able to think strategically and conceptually
- Ability to create and communicate a digital intelligence vision, but also able to manage client deliverables and IP development
- Excellent 360 manager and collaborator
Experience/Education
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Experience as a client-facing, strategic leader in current organization
- Broad experience in the role / use of data in digital channels (most of the following: mobile, digital media, website design & strategy, search, social media, e-mail)
- Some marketing background
