  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the data environment, processing steps and deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate innovations in statistical and market research tools and methodologies.
  • Provide statistical guidance, consulting and programming to internal clients to define and meet research objectives.
  • Turn analytic output into graphical representation and provide technical expertise to non-technical audiences.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional teams, providing analytical expertise, offering original perspectives, and challenging conventional views to deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Some overnight travel may be required.

You will be a strong self-motivator who can work independently and as a team contributor. You will have an aptitude for creative, out-of-the box thinking and the ability to apply cutting-edge techniques to deliver high impact results. In addition, your background will include the following:

  • 7+ years of experience applying statistical analysis and methodologies in a marketing research environment.
  • A graduate level degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, social sciences) is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with attitudinal survey measurement and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a variety of advanced statistical modeling techniques to develop marketing insights, recommendations and hypotheses.
  • Well-developed organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to utilize them effectively with both internal and external audiences.
  • Fluency in one or more statistical analytic packages such as SPSS or SAS.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

We offer ambitious individuals a challenging but supportive work environment built on the values of ownership, accountability, collaboration, diversity and work/life balance.

Compensation includes base salary plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental and disability insurance, 401k with match, FSA, holiday, vacation and sick time and on-going professional development).
