Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Build and maintain the yearly IT production plan in coordination with team leader
Calculate staffing needed, issue staffing KPIs
Match forecast versus actual and inform management of differences
Build and maintain the IT project portfolio
Record new projects and validate staffing in coordination with team leasers
Validate overall project follow-up/methodology
Follow-up document database
Assess and improve document processes quality
Follow-up contract base and plan and issue warning when contracts expired
Ensure customer contracts are up to date
Assist, log or/and answer customers requests
Chair a monthly customer review meeting
Coordinate timesheet with Finance department
Assist in billing activities of customers
Coordinate with team leader project initiation
Capture high level requirements for system versions
Coordinate estimates between teams and define with customers function scope of projects
Establish a yearly roadmap for Project Management Office
Coordinate the governance of the information system
Lead studies relative to improvement of Project Management Office or IT business processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or one to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-2 years Project Management experience
Experience in Project Management Office or Resources Plan Management
Knowledge of Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint in mandatory
Quick learner - quick gain knowledge on new systems and changing environment
Communicates changes and progress
Can manage project team activities
Manage difficult or emotional customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service
Able to responds to requests for service and assistance and meets commitments
Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
Demonstrate group presentation skills and participate in meetings
Contribute to building a positive team spirit
Exhibit confidence in self and others and inspires and motivates others to perform well
Knowledge of tourism industry is a plus
Fluency in French is a plus
